This series was initiated by the Booth travel grant from the University of Michigan's Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning to study the contrast between inside and outside spaces of Tehran entitled Tehran, a Landscape of Compressed Freedoms. The fragmenting and reconstruction of the images of inside and outside of the city lead to time and abstraction studies which I continue to mine.
